Please review our policies before your visit

Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Tickets may only be used for the date, time, and film printed on the ticket.
Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

Guest Conduct

Please silence cell phones and refrain from using them during the movie.
Talking during the film is prohibited.
No recording devices are allowed.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

Outside Food & Drinks

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
A full concession menu is available with a variety of snacks and drinks.
Special dietary accommodations may be arranged with advance notice.

Children's Policy

Children under 6 are not permitted to attend R-rated films.
Children of all ages require a ticket.
Strollers are not permitted inside auditoriums.
Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

R-Rated Films

ID is required for all R-rated films.
No one under 17 is admitted to R-rated films without a parent or guardian.
NC-17 rated films: No one under 17 admitted under any circumstances.

DMAX Cinema reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Management decisions are final.
